Salads

Our salad is a cold dish of various mixtures of raw or cooked vegetables, usually seasoned with olive oil, vinegar, or other dressing, and may be accompanied by meat, fish, shrimps or what other option the client so desires.

Our salad is layered with different colours of leafy green vegetables that are nutrient-rich. Salad greens contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C, beta-carotene, calcium, folate, fiber, and phytonutrients.
