Beet Kvass


Beet Kvass is a traditional fermented drink from the Eastern Slavic region (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus).

It is full of probiotics tasked with creating and assimilating important vitamins and substances and help with a wide variety of digestive issues, which in turn can positively affect skin, hormones, mental state, etc.

It is a great source of vitamin C which is important for:

  • tissue repair/wound healing
